Freshmen beat Mustangs
Freshmen beat Grapevine 62-47 !! Jeff Cuevas came off the bench to score a game high 16 points, and Ted Speas added 15 as the Indians never trailed. Keller led 19-6 after the first quarter and never was seriously threatened. The Indians also recieved good point guard play from Garrett Smith and defense from Tyler Portwood. The "A" Team is now 13-5 on the year and 3-0 in district play.
"B"Team still rolling!
Keller "B" Team now 3-0 in district! The Indians beat Grapevine 55-44 to improve to 9-8 overall and 3-0 in district play. Talk about balance, 7 different Indians scored between 6-8 points. Lance Kay had 8, Nathan Bennett had 8, Evan White scored 7, Eric Dillon added 6, Sterling Daniels 6, Brandon Staudt 6, and Mitch Stringer 6, Michael Hamilton 3, Austin Black 3, and Jeff Stone 2 points.
